Poland seeks doc­u­ments on CIA prisons:

The United States is ham­per­ing Poland’s in­ves­ti­ga­tion into the se­cret CIA pri­son by snub­bing re­peated re­quests for vi­tal doc­u­ments, in­clud­ing the Se­nate In­tel­li­gence Com­mit­tee re­port de­tail­ing CIA pri­son lo­ca­tions and prac­tices, a Pol­ish pros­e­cu­tor said Satur­day. Poland asked U.S. au­thor­i­ties for a full ver­sion of the Se­nate doc­u­ment but has got­ten no re­sponse. Pre­vi­ous re­quests for doc­u­ments and ques­tion­ing of the al­leged vic­tims were also ig­nored or de­clined be­cause of na­tional se­cu­rity con­cerns, Pol­ish of­fi­cials say.
