COLUMBIA ROAD NW, 1600 block, May 29. The Washington Humane Society received a call about an iguana on a seventhfloor windowsill at an apartment building. A society officer opened the window and caught the approximately two-foot-long juvenile. News of the iguana’s capture was posted on the building’s email group, but no owner was located. The iguana was expected to be transferred to an animal rescue group.
