Re­bound­ing con­cerns: The Mys­tics are com­ing off a 72-69 loss to the At­lanta Dream on Fri­day in which they were out­re­bounded by dou­ble dig­its, 34-24, for a sec­ond con­sec­u­tive game. Washington yielded 15 of­fen­sive re­bounds to the Dream in los­ing for the first time on the road. In Tues­day’s 84-80 win against the Los An­ge­les Sparks at Ver­i­zon Cen­ter, the Mys­tics were out­re­bounded, 37-24, in­clud­ing 11-5 of­fen­sively.

In­jury up­date: Cen­ter Kia Vaughn is listed as out for Sun­day’s game while she con­tin­ues to re­cover from con­cus­sion symp­toms. Vaughn has played in one game this sea­son and has missed the past five in a row. For­ward Ar­mintie Her­ring­ton has missed the past two games with a sore back and is a game-time de­ci­sion as the Mys­tics play their sec­ond of seven straight games against Eastern Con­fer­ence op­po­nents.

Scout­ing the Sky: Chicago has won three in a row to pull into a tie for sec­ond place with the Mys­tics in the East. WNBA scor­ing leader Elena Delle Donne was lim­ited to a sea­son-low 14 points in Fri­day’s 83-77 vic­tory over the In­di­ana Fever just two days af­ter scor­ing a ca­reer-high 45 dur­ing a 100-96 overtime win against the Dream.
