Traditional seat

The Washington Post Sunday - - BUSINESS -

People often make mistakes when installing traditional infant car seats. According to ConsumerReports.org, a report in 2009 found:

Users with no experience installed the seat incorrectly 95 to 100 percent of the time in a trial conducted by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

Parents and caregivers with experience installing child seats still left the seat loose 47 to 65 percent of the time.
