New­start: NII Hold­ings, a Re­ston com­pany that sold Nex­tel-branded tele­com ser­vices in Latin Amer­ica, said Fri­day it has emerged from Chap­ter 11 bank­ruptcy affter win­ning court ap­proval for its re­or­ga­ni­za­tion.

Big name: Michael Capel­las, who once ran MCI and Com­paq Com­puter and served as pres­i­dent at Hewlett-Packard, is join­ing the board of a cy­ber-firm in Columbia called Ten­able Net­work Se­cu­rity.
