Starters: Bryce Harper, Nationals; Joc Pederson, Dodgers; Andrew McCutchen, Pirates

Backups: Ryan Braun, Brewers; Billy Hamilton, Reds; Justin Upton, Padres

Harper is a no-brainer given his best-in-baseball 1.167 OPS to go with a .337 average, 24 homers and 58 RBI. But add on one stat: He leads the majors with a .702 slugging percentage. Next best? Goldschmidt’s .632. Pederson, the rookie, is the odd choice, but his 20 homers, 55 walks and 96 strikeouts make him fascinating. On May 6, McCutchen was hitting an unthinkable .188. He now is batting .296 with 49 RBI.
