Mov­ing in: Ben­jamin Moore & Co. last week opened a 90,000-squarefoot dis­tri­bu­tion cen­ter in Lan­dover that it said will serve as a launch­pad for the paint com­pany’s ex­pan­sion in the Mid-At­lantic and South­east mar­kets of the United States.

Stay­ca­tion: Bethesda-based RLJ Lodg­ing Trust said it has ac­quired the 164-room Hy­att Place DC/ Down­town/K Street for $68 mil­lion as it looks for the re­gion’s hos­pi­tal­ity mar­ket to re­bound.

Com­ing soon: Dick’s Sport­ing Goods is rolling out a fe­ma­le­ori­ented fit­ness and fash­ion bou­tique called Chelsea Col­lec­tive. The stores de­but next month at Tysons Cor­ner Cen­ter and a shop­ping mall in Pittsburgh.
