The main en­trance is on Kirkeveien. Free and open 24/7, year-round. To get there, take Bus 20 or Tram 12 or all west­bound lines (T-ba­nen) to Ma­jorstuen sta­tion. There is lim­ited park­ing in small ad­ja­cent lots. The Vige­land Mu­seum is about a five-minute walk, lo­cated just south of the park. The artist’s work process is doc­u­mented in an ex­ten­sive col­lec­tion. In ad­di­tion to draw­ings and wood­cuts, visi­tors will see orig­i­nal full-size plas­ter casts and works in bronze, mar­ble and wrought iron. Open June to Au­gust, Tues­day-Sun­day, 10 a.m5 p.m. and Septem­ber-May, Tues­day-Sun­day, from noon-4 p.m. Ad­mis­sion about $7; stu­dents, se­niors and chil­dren about $3.50.
