Dolphins at Titans 1 p.m. TEN by 1
Entering its bye week at 1-3, Miami’s first order of business was firing Joe Philbin. Now the team hopes that a fill-in can do what Philbin could not — inject some life into a vastly underachieving group. Dan Campbell is charged with schooling the Fish in the ways of winning football, and his first task is subduing a Tennessee squad that’s also 1-3 but has been a decidedly tougher out. Campbell is a former TE, so Jordan Cameron owners can hope that the Dolphins’ new head coach has better ideas on how to wring some more production from that position. Cameron has seen his share of targets, averaging nearly seven per game, but he’s turned them into just 12 catches for 170 yards and zero TDs. There’s still time for the athletic player to blossom into a TE1.
