Broncos at Browns 1 p.m. DEN by 4
There is a prolific, record-setting QB playing in this game, and it ain’t Peyton Manning. Josh McCown just set a Cleveland record with 457 passing yards against Baltimore, and he became the first player in NFL history with at least 450 passing yards, two passing TDs, a rushing TD and no picks in a game. He’ll have to deal with Denver’s league leading pass rush (22 sacks). C.J. Anderson got his shot last year when the two guys above him on the depth chart proved unable, either by ineffectiveness or injury, to get the job done. Ronnie Hillman was one of those guys, and now both he and Anderson are struggling. That should make No. 3 RB Juwan Thompson a name worth knowing, except that a hamstring injury could be costing him a huge opportunity.
