Ex­pand­ing: Old Do­min­ion Na­tional Bank has opened a branch in Tysons Corner. The move fol­lows the Vir­ginia com­mu­nity bank’s de­ci­sion to move its head­quar­ters to Tysons Corner from Char­lottes­ville. It has since raised $30 mil­lion from in­vestors to ex­pand the in­sti­tu­tion’s foot­print.

Mak­ing a deal: The man­age­ment and technology con­sult­ing gi­ant Ac­cen­ture said it has agreed to pur­chase a cyber busi­ness from Verisign. Fi­nan­cial terms of the deal for iDe­fense Se­cu­rity In­tel­li­gence Ser­vices were not dis­closed. The trans­ac­tion was the sec­ond in re­cent days in­volv­ing Ac­cen­ture.

Team­ing up: Salient CRGT, a Fair­fax County-based IT con­trac­tor, has agreed to ac­quire Spring­field­based In­for­ma­tion In­no­va­tors, other­wise known as “Triple-i,” which spe­cial­izes in health-care in­for­ma­tion technology. Terms were not dis­closed.
