Cigna an­nounced it will ter­mi­nate its $54 bil­lion merger agree­ment with An­them and is seek­ing a $1.85 bil­lion ter­mi­na­tion fee from the com­pany in a law­suit. An­them said the com­pany is com­mit­ted to clos­ing its deal — de­spite the fact that a fed­eral judge blocked it. Cigna is also de­mand­ing $13 bil­lion in dam­ages from An­them.

Snap is valu­ing it­self at up to $22 bil­lion as it pre­pares for the tech in­dus­try’s big­gest ini­tial pub­lic of­fer­ing in years. So­cial-me­dia gi­ant Face­book raised $16 bil­lion when it went pub­lic in 2012.
