Cigna announced it will terminate its $54 billion merger agreement with Anthem and is seeking a $1.85 billion termination fee from the company in a lawsuit. Anthem said the company is committed to closing its deal — despite the fact that a federal judge blocked it. Cigna is also demanding $13 billion in damages from Anthem.
Snap is valuing itself at up to $22 billion as it prepares for the tech industry’s biggest initial public offering in years. Social-media giant Facebook raised $16 billion when it went public in 2012.
