Lee injures arm
Left-hander Nick Lee left Saturday’s game in the bottom of the ninth inning with an arm injury one pitch after surrendering a game-tying home run to Patrick Wisdom. Lee flexed his arm in apparent pain after throwing a 92-mph fastball to Stephen Piscotty and was immediately removed after consulting with trainer Paul Lessard. Lee’s elbow was wrapped in ice after the game. He will undergo an MRI exam.
Taylor Hill replaced Lee. The right-hander worked around a walk to Tommy Pham to retire the side and end the game.
