Do you ever look up and wonder where the time has gone? Save My Time wants to help you figure it all out. This time tracker helps you get an inventory of your hours and a sense of your worklife balance.
It works by asking you every so often — at intervals of your choosing — what you did in the most recent block of time. The options appear in a grid on your lock screen, so you can log your activity with one tap. You can also make your own activities — e.g. data entry, exercise, whatever you want — to suit your needs and categorize each activity as a “work” or “life” activity.
At the end of the day, you get a chart showing you how long you spent on each activity and an estimate of how much time you spent working and how long you spent doing other stuff.
The app takes a little time to set up, and it can be hard to get into the habit of tracking your time at all — after all, if it were easy you probably wouldn’t want the app.
