On the surface
it does seem biased to deny that one can be antiabortion yet still subscribe to other feminist ideals. Women who are pro-choice, however, are not attempting to force abortions on women who are not. The opposite is true for those who call themselves pro-life. They want to turn it all to their way of thinking; there is no middle ground, no choice. This is why they, as a group, cannot be embraced by basic feminist groups. Antiabortion groups want no compromise.
