Three shot, wounded in Alexandria
Two women and one man were shot early Saturday at a hotel in Alexandria, authorities said.
Police said a 28-year-old man suffered life-threatening injuries and that the women — ages 21 and 35 — suffered injuries that were not life-threatening.
The shooting occurred shortly after 2 a.m. at the Extended Stay America hotel near Eisenhower Avenue, authorities said.
Crystal Nosal, a spokeswoman for the Alexandria police, said the man and the older woman are from Alexandria and the other woman was from out of town.
She gave no motive in the shooting. — Peter Hermann
