A night­mare for neigh­bor’s tulips

FORT WASH­ING­TON, Rose Marie Drive, 8500 block, July 31. A woman said she tied in her yard a stray horse that was run­ning loose and had eaten her neigh­bor’s flow­ers. An an­i­mal con­trol of­fi­cer picked up the horse and re­turned it to its owner the same day.
