After a couple of days off, the Caps continue their desperate playoff push as New Jersey visits Verizon Center (7 p.m., CSN), but you can start your sports viewing a bit earlier with the second round of the PGA’S Honda Classic (3 p.m., Golf Channel). Or just go all day with the ACC women’s basketball tourney starting at 11 a.m. on CSN and CSN+.

With the Big East tournament looming, Georgetown travels to Marquette for its final regular-season game (2 p.m., MASN). In Richmond, the CAA tournament heats up as VCU has its opener (6 p.m., CSN+), followed by George Mason (8:30 p.m., CSN+). And a bid will be handed to the Atlantic Sun champ (7 p.m., ESPN2).

Spring is in the air, and that means baseball’s back. Catch the Nats on TV for the first time this season in a Grapefruit League game against the Astros (1 p.m., MASN). Follow that with NASCAR, which shouldn’t have to worry about the rain in Arizona (2:30 p.m., Fox), or Virginia-maryland men’s hoops (2 p.m., Ch. 20).
