As ex­pected, the five con­ser­va­tive Supreme Court jus­tices took a mighty swing at Oba­macare on Tues­day. But ob­servers who ques­tion the in­di­vid­ual man­date are par­tic­u­larly in­trigued by Jus­tice An­thony M. Kennedy — the res­i­dent swing voter — who got quizzi­cal as well as skep­ti­cal.
