Univer­sity students mull push for on-cam­pus ‘nap­ping sta­tion’

The Univer­sity of Mary­land Stu­dent Govern­ment As­so­ci­a­tion will con­sider ask­ing of­fi­cials at the Col­lege Park cam­pus to set aside a room in the Adele H. Stamp Stu­dent Union for students to nap be­tween classes.

The res­o­lu­tion’s au­thor is fine­tun­ing his pro­posal, which would call for fi­nanc­ing the “nap­ping sta­tion” from the stu­dent fa­cil­i­ties fund, The Di­a­mond­back stu­dent news­pa­per re­ported Mon­day.
