Deported 8 times, immigrant accused of fatal hit-and-run
The Department of Justice confirmed this week that an illegal immigrant accused of killing two people in Kentucky had been deported eight times.
Miguel Angel Villasenor-Saucedo, 40, has a warrant out for his arrest for a drunken car crash that killed two women in Louisville on Oct. 22. He was most recently deported in 2013 and remains at large.
“Villasenor-Saucedo fled the scene and [Louisville Metro Police Department] Officers later obtained a Criminal Complaint from Jefferson County District Court charging VillasenorSaucedo with Leaving the Scene of a Fatal Hit and Run Accident,” the Justice Department said Wednesday.
The statement said that federal authorities discovered that he was illegally in the country from Mexico and had been deported from the U.S. eight times.
