That’s the chal­lenge the re­main­ing con­tes­tants face in a blind taste test in the new episode “Spoon Fed.” The winners get re­lax­ing mas­sages, while the oth­ers have to haul ice bags and wine boxes into the kitchen. The din­ner ser­vice fea­tures Josh McDer­mitt (“The Walk­ing Dead”) and Jean­nie Mai (“The Real”) as guests, but it finds both teams hit­ting snags — to the ex­pected dis­plea­sure of Chef Gor­don Ram­say.

Dr. Ken / 8:31pm (7) Ken (Ken Jeong) feels ob­li­gated to tell a pa­tient he’s sorry for hav­ing missed some­thing re­lated to the med­i­cal case, but Pat (Dave Fo­ley) cau­tions him not to, in the new episode “Ken’s Apol­ogy.” A par­ent-teacher con­fer­ence about Dave (Al­bert Tsai) goes awry due to D.K. (Dana Lee). Suzy Naka­mura, Tisha Camp­bell-Martin, Jonathan Slavin and Krista Marie Yu also star.

Z Na­tion / 9:00pm (Syfy) In a new episode called “Duel,” Addy (Anas­ta­sia Bara­nova) con­fronts En­ders, Zom­bies and other hor­rors The Man (Joseph Gatt) wants to throw at her as she searches for Lucy, but Lucy makes things just as tough for him by sum­mon­ing hor­rors of her own. The child also is get­ting older ev­ery time her cap­tor turns around. Even­tu­ally, Addy is re­lieved to find Doc (Rus­sell Hodgkin­son), even if the cir­cum­stance seems a lit­tle odd.

The Ex­or­cist / 9:01pm (5) The Pope’s im­mi­nent Chicago visit fore­shad­ows some­thing very bad, which Fa­ther Marcus (Ben Daniels) and oth­ers try to pre­vent from hap­pen­ing, in the new “Chap­ter Nine: 162.” Fa­ther To­mas’ (Al­fonso Her­rera) past could have an im­pact on a ma­jor op­por­tu­nity he’s given. The Rances are just get­ting over their lat­est plight when a new one presents it­self. Fran­cis Guinan guest stars. Geena Davis, Alan Ruck, Bri­anne Howey and Han­nah Ka­sulka also star.
