Teen killed, others injured in crash on Interstate 95
A 13-year-old boy has been killed in a multi-vehicle crash that shut down Interstate 95 north in Laurel.
Maryland State Police received a call Tuesday night about a disabled car in the northbound lanes of I-95 near Route 200.
As troopers were responding, a van and semitruck struck the disabled car.
A fourth vehicle also was struck as a result of the initial crash.
A 45-year-old woman and a 13-yearold boy who were riding in the van were taken to the hospital with lifethreatening injuries.
The unidentified teen died at the hospital.
Two people inside the disabled car were taken to the hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries.
