Harvard group opens ‘school’ for anti-Trump activism
A group of Harvard University graduate students has launched a “Resistance School” for activists who want to combat President Trump’s agenda.
Distraught professors and students at the elite Cambridge university met after Mr. Trump’s election victory in November to discuss their reactions.
From those meetings “Resistance School” was born, which will include four in-person and live-streamed sessions for activists.
“On November 8, we lost more than just the presidency,” the group’s website says. “We lost yet more ground in the decades-long campaign against progressive values. Republicans now control the Senate, House, and more state legislatures than they have in almost 200 years. Those losses have emboldened the right to launch an allout attack against our nation’s creed — that all are created equal.”
