WE Day / 8:00pm (13) Se­lena Gomez serves as host of this year’s edi­tion of the mo­ti­va­tional spe­cial that en­cour­ages com­mu­nity in­volve­ment by young peo­ple around the world. Por­tions of the hour were recorded at an April gathering in In­gle­wood, Calif., with ad­di­tional par­tic­i­pants in­clud­ing Oprah Win­frey, Demi Lo­vato, Josh Gad, James Franco, Seth Ro­gen, DJ Khaled, Tyrese Gib­son, Han­nah Si­mone and some of the Mup­pets. WE Day co-founders Craig and Marc Kiel­burger also ap­pear.

Mas­ters of Il­lu­sion / 8:00pm (50) “From the Ex­otic to De­fy­ing the Law of Physics” is a ti­tle that cer­tainly de­scribes the range of this new episode. Ed Alonzo, Barry and Stu­art, Joshua Jay, Jeff McBride, Mur­ray SawChuck, Chris Randall and Jonathan Pen­dragon — some of whom will be fa­mil­iar to reg­u­lar view­ers of this se­ries — are the per­form­ers in­tro­duced by host Dean Cain. An­other episode fol­lows.

Killjoys / 8:00pm (Syfy) A new episode called “Ne­crop­o­lis Now” finds John (Aaron Ash­more) squar­ing off in an in­tense con­fronta­tion with some­one from his past. Mean­while, Dutch (Han­nah John-Ka­men) is stuck in her own per­sonal hell — specif­i­cally, a space el­e­va­tor — with sev­eral in­suf­fer­ably pompous Qreshi, who in­ex­pli­ca­bly start drop­ping dead around her, one by one. Luke Macfar­lane also stars.

Dark Mat­ter / 9:00pm (Syfy) Af­ter they have an un­pleas­ant run-in with one of their pre­vi­ous own­ers, Vic­tor (Bren­dan Mur­ray) and two other up­graded an­droids seek help get­ting off Janah-12 space sta­tion. The crew of the Raza takes them to a sanc­tu­ary, where they en­counter the cre­ator of their up­grade, who also has new in­for­ma­tion to give them re­gard­ing the pasts of Two and the An­droid (Melissa O’Neil, Zoie Palmer). Anthony Lemke also stars in the new episode “Built, Not Born.”
