Racial profiling necessary at airports

The Washington Times Weekly - - Letters To The Editor - David A. Yazdan Brick, New Jersey

Regarding Dennis Prager’s piece, “Why Keith Ellison should take his oath on the Bible” (Commentary, Dec. 4 edition), not only is this request ridiculous, but it is also totally anti-American. Next thing you know, they will say that the Constitution of the United States should change and Sharia law should be applied because that’s what this individual believes.

If this man doesn’t like the Bible, he should stay home. The Congress can easily do without him. As far as the so-called imams praying in the airport, I’m very pleased they were kicked out and they weren’t allowed to remain on the airplane. If I see any of these miscreants around the airports about to board the same airplane my family and I are boarding I will not get on that plane. The racial profiling is extremely crucial because we are dealing with a clear and present danger. We are constantly being threatened from both within and outside our country. I’m afraid we still are not serious enough about this. Some people in the Congress want to tie up the arms of our law enforcement agencies, which is totally ridiculous. I hope they wake up before it is too late.
