Saddam’s crimes

The Washington Times Weekly - - Letters To The Editor -

Saddam Hussein’s execution is outrageous and a gross miscarriage of justice! At most, he deserved leniency and a short stint of community service. What did he do that was so terrible anyway? All he did was torture, maim, and murder uncounted hundreds of thousands of innocent men, women, children, and babies, then had their gassed and bulletridden corpses dumped into mass graves. I mean, come on. It’s not like he ran a restaurant that served trans fat-laden meals, or had the audacity to say “Merry Christmas” in public! Rick Helley San Jose, California
