2008 already?

The Washington Times Weekly - - Letters To The Editor -

Since when has election season become a year-round event? Sen. Joe Biden says he will run for president; Sen. John McCain stakes his 2008 presidential bid on a buildup of more troops in Iraq (Bush lite). Sens. Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton are in the hunt, and there all those wannabes tossing their hats in the ring.

I like a good political contest as well as the next person, but we’ve just finished the 2006 midterm elections. It’s not even spring of 2007 and these political jockeys are at it again. Ron Lowe Santa Monica, California
