Agents’ sentence

The Washington Times Weekly - - Letters To The Editor -

Why would anyone think that a president who wants to erase the Canadian and Mexican borders want to pardon two men who wanted to protect the Mexican border (“Prison ‘rewards’ border agents,” Jan. 22 edition).

President Bush, who is pushing for the SPP/NAU (Security and Prosperity Partnership/North American Union), sent yet another message to those who want to preserve the Mexican border: He did not and will not pardon two men who tried to do just that. Let that be another signal to those who are not sound asleep of the Bush administration’s blatantly obvious intentions. Marv Graham West Columbia, South Carolina
