Democrats are a threat to the nation

The Washington Times Weekly - - Letters To The Editor -

It appears to me that most members of the Democratic Party in both the House and Senate are using the name “Democrat” as a front, because they are nothing but a crowd of Marxist socialists. They will do and say anything to meet their goal, a tactic of the old Communist Party, and then call it politics. The Democrats are intent on destroying the American dream, America’s way of life, its culture, its language, its morality, its families, its economic system, its security and its freedoms. They have ignored the Constitutions and other laws and guidelines of the founding fathers. They appear to be concerned only with themselves, with their ego, with their power and with Marxist socialism.

These individuals and a few others in the House and Senate have a history of deliberate, premeditated, conniving, lying and negative attacks on what is best for the United States. They have been and still are giving aid, comfort, encouragement and advice to the enemy on how to perform so as to meet their personal goals. Their rhetoric is continually repeated by al Qaeda, Hugo Chavez, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and others. These individuals with their negative rhetoric are endangering the lives and affecting the morale of our military. I believe Nancy Pelosi, John Kerry, Pat Leahy, Ted Kennedy, Jack Murtha, Harry Reid and many other congressmen are guilty of this rhetoric and should be charged with murder and treason for each military personnel killed by the enemy in Iraq and Afghanistan.

In Congress, the Democrat Party (a Marxist socialist party) has become the greatest terrorist threat the United States has ever faced. I can no longer see these people as Americans but as active enemies of the United States. Jordan J. McCann CMSgt., U.S. Air Force, Ret. Lynwood, Illinois
