The only sensible option

The Washington Times Weekly - - Letters To The Editor -

I think it is now clear how all of us must vote this November. The news of the world today makes it unmistakable on what must be done.

Take Russia charging into Georgia for instance. Or our friends in North Korea, Red China, Iran and Syria. Oh, let’s not forget about Venezuela.

Russia is growing richer and more powerful by the day from its large oil and natural gas supplies. The USA has many enemies and terrorists moving to overthrow our way of life, security and sovereignty every day.

As I see it, we will need to build up our military might, making sure that our military has all the muscle it needs to defend our great country and its great people. It is always better to seek peace through strength by having a strong military and government. There is no room for a mistake in this.

Would electing Barack Hussein Obama do that for us? No, of course not. That is now easy to see. At this point, I can only see John McCain doing what is necessary to keep this country safe and secure. Let’s make sure that this American team wins big in November.
