Boomers go bust

The Washington Times Weekly - - Letters To The Editor -

I’m saddened that my generation has become a bunch of pansies, who believe that government will do everything for them.

The icons of the ’60s, J.F.K., M.L.K. and R.F.K, live on but what have they really done for this country? Maybe two quotes, “Ask not what this country can do for you”and “Not by the color of their skin.” This is for the smoke haze people who believe that everything is so beautiful.

My generation did this to our children and greatgrandchildren while we neglected are parents. Our parents survived more then my generation could ever think of. Today my generation is a bunch of slackers thinking that they deserve everything from the government, until they find out that it is their money.

I am angry that my generation has no smarts. To my generation: think what you are doing. James Domowicz Phoenix, Arizona
