The Washington Times Weekly - - Letters To The Editor -

We used to have a strong dollar. Politicians changed that.

Marriage used to be sacred.

We used to have a strong manufacturing economy.

We used to have lower tax structures.

We used to have more freedoms.

We used to teach patriotism in schools.

We used to educate children in schools.

We used to enforce legal citizenship.

What hasn’t been changed, politicians are promising to change.

When is America going to open its eyes and say enough is enough?

Politicians are what is wrong with America (both parties). We need to limit senators and representatives to two terms in office like the president. And no big pensions either, just Social Security like the rest of us. How do they rate bigger and better entitlements than the rest of us ?

Go green in 2010: Recycle Congress for a change. Ted Janeda Whitehouse, Ohio
