Moron majority

The Washington Times Weekly - - Letters To The Editor - William W. Watson

I have no doubt that my eighth-grade civics class in 1948 at Davidson High School in St Joseph, Louisiana had a higher IQ than the average voter in the 2012 presidential election, 64 years later.

That’s a lot of “dumbing down” over a lot of years.

YouTube examples of Ivy League students’ lack of fundamental knowledge of how our government works were truly pathetic. They, along with their professors, Hollywood elites, MSNBC and CNN blind followers, and a host of people counting on a Santa Claus government, made up this slim majority of voters that returned President Obama to office.

God help our nation. The slim majority of its citizens surely won’t.
