Monday, Nov. 6
2:50 p.m. Police had to shut off access to Spanker Road after a head-on traffic collision.
2:53 p.m. Police arrested Tammara Holly, 53, and charged her with driving while intoxicated after responding to a call about a vehicle running over a mailbox and driving off near the intersection of Cooper Road and Sheneman Drive.
5:00 p.m. A teepee and tent were found set up in the woods near Bonnie Circle.
6:20 p.m. A driver reportedly got rear-ended while yielding to an ambulance near the intersection of Arkansas Highway 340 and Ramsey Drive.
Tuesday, Nov. 7
5:50 a.m. Jason Hughes, 37, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after police checked on a dark-colored pickup parked in the road near the intersection of Kingsland Road and Euston Road.
8:15 a.m. Schanise Roberts, 18, turned herself in on a warrant for failure to appear related to a speeding charge.
4:18 p.m. Someone drove their vehicle into Grand Central Station on Forest Hills Blvd.
6:27 p.m. A driver in a Ford Explorer repeatedly sped up and slammed on their brakes driving East on Arkansas Highway 340.
9:31 p.m. Police arrested Anthony Moore, 34, and charged him with public intoxication after checking on a report of a man in an orange jacket on the side of U.S. Highway 71, near the Arkansas Highway 340 overpass.
Wednesday, Nov. 8
7:28 a.m. A Farlight Circle resident reported someone broke into their shed and stole multiple tools, including two saws.
11:24 a.m. Matthew Rylee, 23, turned himself in on a warrant for contempt of court for fines and costs, related to traffic violations.
12:22 p.m. Someone on a four wheeler reportedly caused damage to new street maintenance on Bromyard Lane.
1:30 p.m. Police cleared a bag of clothes that may have fallen from a vehicle on U.S. Highway 71.
Thursday, Nov. 9
7:18 a.m. Police checked on a report of a suspicious SUV with someone in it parked at the Arvest Bank near the Highlands Gate. The individual in question was a bank employee.
9:45 a.m. Police received a walk-in report from a resident who lost $2,800 to a computer-based scam.
11:57 a.m. Police arrested Alejandro Lopez, 18, and charged him with careless driving and possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop near the intersection of U.S. Highway 71 and Mercy Way.
12:21 p.m. A Penrith Drive resident reported someone may have been trying to break into their home. Police assigned extra patrols to the area.
6:05 p.m. Police checked on an intruder alarm at the Bank of the Ozarks near the Highlands Gate. Officers discovered the alarm was tripped by the cleaning crew.
6:33 p.m. Police arrested Jonathan Hardin, 32, and charged him with criminal trespassing. According to the dispatch log, police were responding to a call from a Mayfair Drive resident, who believed an ex was knocking on their windows.
Friday, Nov. 10
11:12 a.m. A large roll of carpet was spotted on Arkansas Highway 340, near the entrance to Tanyard Creek Nature Trail.
2:54 p.m. Firefighters checked on a tractor fire on Country Club Circle.
6:05 p.m. Donald Kirchmeier, 51, was arrested and charged with public intoxication at the Casey’s General Store on Riordan Road after police responded to a report of an intoxicated homeless man.
7:50 p.m. A possible intoxicated driver was spotted in a red Ford Edge on U.S. Highway 71.
