Virginia A. Eldred
Virginia A. Eldred, 78, of Bella Vista, Ark., died March 12, 2018, at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Ark. She was born Oct. 23, 1939, in San Diego, Calif., to Viola L. McCulley and George M. McCulley. She grew up in Anderson, Mo., and graduated from Anderson High School in 1957. She married Rocky Eldred June 10, 1960, at Sulphur Springs Methodist Church. They moved to Lawrence, Kan., to Baldwin, Kan., and then to Bella Vista in 2008.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, George McCulley; and sister, Velma Burd.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Rocky Eldred; and three sisters, Geneva Stout of Elko, Nev., Joyce Hampton (Joe) of Redding, Calif., and Andrea Stiner of Gravette, Ark.
Funeral services were held Saturday, March 17, at the Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Russ Hall officiating. Burial was at G.A.R. Cemetery in Sulphur Springs, Ark. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Sulphur Springs United Methodist Church, 301 S. Black Avenue, Sulphur Springs, AR 72768.
