Wichita: It looks like Food Network is on to us.

On the heels of Yokohama Ramen Joint making a Food Network list of “Where to Slurp Great Ramen from Coast to Coast,” another Wichita restaurant has made another list.

This time it’s Kind Kravings, the popular (and eye-catching) vegan restaurant that operates out of a double decker bus owned by Rochelle Collins and Shea West. The restaurant was just included on Food Network’s new list titled “50 States of Vegetarian Food,” which named a top vegetarian restaurant from each state. Kind Kravings got the nod in Kansas.

The entry reads:

DENISE NEIL The Wichita Eagle

The new Kind Kravings restaurant-in-a-bus has a kitchen downstairs and a dining room for 30 upstairs.

Shea West and Rochelle Collins own Kind Kravings, a vegan food bus in Wichita.
