Men face felony drug charges
On Feb. 8 Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman, Horsham police Chief Robert H. Ruxton, Upper Moreland police Chief Alex H. Levy, Hatboro police Chief James E. Gardner and Cheltenham police Chief John J. Norris announced the arrests of three men in Horsham Township on felony drug charges.
On Feb. 6 at 8:40 p.m. Mont- gomery County Drug Task Force RIfiFHUV IURP HRUsham, Upper Moreland, Hatboro and Cheltenham police departments executed a search warrant at 36 Blair Mill Road in Horsham Township. The warrant was obtained after an investigation revealed heroin was being sold from the home. Task force members arrested three males at the scene after locating heroin bagged for distribution and U.S. currency.
The three individuals arrested are identified as: Israel Martinez, 26, of 3827 N. Fairhill St., Phila- delphia; Francisco Cintron, 29, of 4930 Rosehill St., Philadelphia; and Raymond Giordano, 42, of 36 Blair Mill Road, Hatboro.
Cash bail was set by District Judge Harry Nesbitt on Martinez at $50,000, Cintron at $500,000 and Giordano at $250,000. All remanded to the custody of Montgomery County Correctional Facility in lieu of bail.
