Men face felony drug charges

On Feb. 8 Mont­gomery County District At­tor­ney Risa Vetri Fer­man, Hor­sham po­lice Chief Robert H. Rux­ton, Up­per Moreland po­lice Chief Alex H. Levy, Hat­boro po­lice Chief James E. Gard­ner and Chel­tenham po­lice Chief John J. Nor­ris an­nounced the ar­rests of three men in Hor­sham Town­ship on felony drug charges.

On Feb. 6 at 8:40 p.m. Mont- gomery County Drug Task Force RI­fiFHUV IURP HRUsham, Up­per Moreland, Hat­boro and Chel­tenham po­lice de­part­ments ex­e­cuted a search war­rant at 36 Blair Mill Road in Hor­sham Town­ship. The war­rant was ob­tained af­ter an in­ves­ti­ga­tion re­vealed heroin was be­ing sold from the home. Task force mem­bers ar­rested three males at the scene af­ter lo­cat­ing heroin bagged for distri­bu­tion and U.S. cur­rency.

The three in­di­vid­u­als ar­rested are iden­ti­fied as: Is­rael Martinez, 26, of 3827 N. Fairhill St., Phila- del­phia; Fran­cisco Cin­tron, 29, of 4930 Rose­hill St., Philadel­phia; and Ray­mond Giordano, 42, of 36 Blair Mill Road, Hat­boro.

Cash bail was set by District Judge Harry Nes­bitt on Martinez at $50,000, Cin­tron at $500,000 and Giordano at $250,000. All re­manded to the cus­tody of Mont­gomery County Cor­rec­tional Fa­cil­ity in lieu of bail.
