Charges pend­ing … Charges of pos­sess­ing a small amount of mar­i­juana and drug para­pher­na­lia and re­lated charges are pend­ing against Brain Wla­dyka,19, of Box­wood Road, Southamp­ton, af­ter po­lice stopped a ve­hi­cle June 4 at Thomp­son and Kruger roads at 12:54 a.m. and de­tected an odor of al­co­hol and mar­i­juana com­ing from in­side the ve­hi­cle, po­lice said. Po­lice searched the ve­hi­cle and con­fis­cated a back­pack that con­tained plas­tic bags with sus­pected mar­i­juana, pre­scrip­tion pills, $463 cash and var­i­ous other items, po­lice said. Wla­dyka, a pas­sen­ger in the ve­hi­cle, ad­mit­ted the bag was his and he was taken into cus­tody and trans­ported to the Abing­ton Po­lice Depart­ment, po­lice said. Dur­ing a search at the sta­tion, au­thor­i­ties con­fis­cated more pre­scrip­tion pills that were hid­den on Wla­dyka’s per­son, po­lice said.

Sim­ple as­sault … Michael nueenan, 52, of Eas­ton Road, Glen­side, was charged with sim­ple as­sault and ha­rass­ment June 1 af­ter he choked his girl­friend dur­ing a dis­pute about bill pay­ments at the Rose­more Gar­den Apart­ments in the 200 block of Eas­ton Road at 7:35 p.m., po­lice said.

Pos­ses­sion … Eric R. Reese, 40, of Lin­coln Drive West, Am­bler, was charged with pos­sess­ing con­trolled sub­stances and drug para­pher­na­lia June 4 af­ter Abing­ton Me­mo­rial Hos­pi­tal staff con­fis­cated Oxy­codone pills from Reese, which he did not have a pre­scrip­tion for, while treat­ing him fol­low­ing a ve­hi­cle ac­ci­dent in the Hol­ly­wood sec­tion of Abing­ton Town­ship at 12 p.m., po­lice said.

Iden­tity theft … Ayana R. Gazader, 22, of East 38th Street, Brook­lyn, k.v., was charged with iden­tity theft, us­ing a stolen credit card, theft by de­cep­tion and pos­sess­ing an in­stru­ment of crime June 8 af­ter she at­tempted to pur­chase $4,994.37 worth of mer­chan­dise at the Macy’s in the Wil­low Grove Park mall with a fraud­u­lent credit card at 8:30 p.m., po­lice said. Af­ter two at­tempts, the trans­ac­tion was de­clined, and she left the store, po­lice said. Min­utes later, au­thor­i­ties ob­served Gazader ex­it­ing Bloom­ing­dale’s, po­lice said. She was taken into cus­tody, po­lice said.

Ag­gra­vated as­sault … Lewis Steele, 59, of Birch­wood Av­enue, Roslyn, was charged with ag­gra­vated as­sault, sim­ple as­sault, ha­rass­ment and dis­or­derly con­duct June 8 af­ter he placed a knife to the neck of his son-in-law at 9:14 p.m. in­side a res­i­dence in the 1400 block of Birch­wood Av­enue, po­lice said. Steele ad­mit­ted to plac­ing the knife at his son-in-law’s neck be­cause he al­legedly dis­re­spected his daugh­ter and grand­daugh­ter.

Re­tail theft … Cor­nell B. Gar­rett, 51, of Hill­top Av­enue, Wyn­cote, was charged with re­tail theft and pos­ses­sion and re­ceiv­ing stolen prop­erty June 10 af­ter Gi­ant Food Store se­cu­rity ob­served Gar­rett se­lect $158.46 worth of mer­chan­dise, con­ceal them in a plas­tic bag and at­tempt to leave the store with­out pay­ing at the Gi­ant in the 2300 block of Susque­hanna Road at 6:41 p.m., po­lice said.

Ag­gra­vated as­sault … Craig Gra­ham, 47, of Rus­combe Av­enue, korth Hills, was charged with ag­gra­vated as­sault, sim­ple as­sault, ter­ror­is­tic threats, ha­rass­ment and dis­or­derly con­duct June 16 af­ter he picked up a shovel and struck a vic­tim in the head sev­eral times af­ter Gra­ham and the vic­tim got into a dis­pute af­ter the vic­tim was heard fir­ing fire­works in the 200 block of Rus­combe Av­enue at 9:20 p.m., po­lice said. Gra­ham’s son Kyle, 23, of Rus­combe Av­enue, korth Hills, was charged with sim­ple as­sault, ha­rass­ment and dis­or­derly con­duct af­ter he punched the vic­tim in the eye, po­lice said.

Ag­gra­vated as­sault … Kevin Tul­ish, 28, of Hamil­ton Av­enue, was charged with ag­gra­vated as­sault, reck­lessly en­dan­ger­ing an­other per­son, dis­or­derly con­duct and ter­ror­is­tic threats June 17 af­ter he pulled a gun from his pants waist­band and put it to a vic­tim’s head dur­ing a dis­pute about money in the 2100 block of Hamil­ton Av­enue 9:29 p.m., po­lice said. Tul­ish was taken into cus­tody and the gun was con­fis­cated, po­lice said.

Rob­bery … Raquel D. Scott, 23, of West korth san Pelt Street, Philadel­phia, was charged with rob­bery, ag­gra­vated as­sault, sim­ple as­sault, re­tail theft, re­ceiv­ing stolen prop­erty and ha­rass­ment June 18 af­ter Bloom­ing­dale’s se­cu­rity at the Wil­low Grove Park mall ob­served Scott con­ceal $1,565 worth of mer­chan­dise and leave the store with­out pay­ing at 8:55 p.m., po­lice said. Se­cu­rity ap­proached Scott as she ex­ited the store and at­tempted to ap­pre­hend her, po­lice said. Scott be­gan to strug­gle with se­cu­rity and an uniden­ti­fied male held the guard down while she struck him in the face with her fist and cell phone and then the male fled the scene, po­lice said. The guard, who suf­fered from facial in­juries, was trans­ported to Abing­ton Me­mo­rial Hos­pi­tal for treat­ment, po­lice said.

Pub­lic drunk­en­ness … Joseph Pavlovich, 60, of Tyson Av­enue, Glen­side, was cited with pub­lic drunk­en­ness June 1 af­ter po­lice re­sponded to the 2200 block of Menlo Av­enue for the re­port of a dog bit­ing in­ci­dent at 8:14 p.m., po­lice said. Po­lice found Pavlovich had been bit­ten by a dog in a fenced-in yard and also found him to be in­tox­i­cated, po­lice said.

Re­tail theft … Cindy Po­lasik, 57, of Home­stead Av­enue, Brad­ford, was cited with re­tail theft af­ter Sears se­cu­rity at the Wil­low Grove Park mall ob­served Po­lasik con­ceal $149 worth of mer­chan­dise and at­tempt to leave the store with­out pay­ing at 12:17 p.m., po­lice said.

Dis­or­derly con­duct … Travis Stadler, 18, of Ivins Av­enue, Egg Har­bor, k.J., was cited with dis­or­derly con­duct June 6 af­ter po­lice stopped a ve­hi­cle at Old vork and Town­ship Line roads at 10:12 p.m. and found Stadler to be in pos­ses­sion of a small amount of mar­i­juana, po­lice said.

Dis­or­derly con­duct … Ja­mar Floyd, 36, of Prim­rose Av­enue, Philadel­phia was cited with dis­or­derly con­duct June 6 af­ter po­lice ob­served him stag­ger­ing in a park­ing lot at Hunt­ing­don Pike and Rock­ledge Av­enue at 11:47 p.m., po­lice said. Upon see­ing po­lice, Floyd hid be­hind a truck in the lot, po­lice said. Po­lice ap­proached him and found him to be in pos­ses­sion of drug para­pher­na­lia, po­lice said.

Dis­or­derly con­duct … Ter­rence Satchell, 32, of Whitaker Av­enue, Philadel­phia, was cited with dis­or­derly con­duct June 7 af­ter po­lice stopped a ve­hi­cle at Old Welsh Road and Ru­bi­cam Av­enue at 2:07 a.m. and found Satchell to be in pos­ses­sion of drug para­pher­na­lia, po­lice said.

Pub­lic drunk­en­ness … Brian Comp­ton, 35, of He­ston Street, was cited with pub­lic drunk­en­ness and dis­or­derly con­duct af­ter po­lice con­ducted a pedes­trian stop in the 1100 block of Mil­dred Av­enue June 8 af­ter ob­serv­ing Comp­ton stum­bling down the street at 7:04 p.m., po­lice said. Au­thor­i­ties also found Comp­ton to be in pos­ses­sion of a small amount of mar­i­juana, po­lice said.

Pub­lic drunk­en­ness … Gre­gory Brit­ton, 37, of Edge Hill Road, was cited with pub­lic drunk­en­ness June 10 af­ter po­lice found Brit­ton ly­ing in the park­ing lot of the Bryner Chevro­let in The Fair­way at 4:17 a.m. heav­ily in­tox­i­cated, po­lice said.

DUI … Michael S. Donahue, 29, of Susque­hanna Road, was charged with driv­ing un­der the in­flu­ence of al­co­hol or con­trolled sub­stances, pub­lic drunk­en­ness and reck­less and care­less driv­ing June 9 af­ter po­lice ob­served a Ply­mouth Ac­claim make a loud screech­ing noise, ob­served sparks com­ing from the front of the ve­hi­cle and heard the engine rac­ing, po­lice said. The ve­hi­cle was stopped in the area of Susque­hanna and Old vork roads, and po­lice de­tected an odor of al­co­hol com­ing from Donahue’s mouth, po­lice said. He failed field so­bri­ety tests and was trans­ported to Fast Track for breath tests, po­lice said. He was later trans­ported to the Abing­ton Po­lice Depart­ment, po­lice said.
