Michael Isa­iah Grasty of Philadel­phia was ar­rested on June 20 for re­tail theft, crim­i­nal tres­pass, dis­or­derly con­duct and pos­ses­sion of drug para­pher­na­lia, po­lice said. Po­lice re­sponded to ACME, lo­cated at 200 Blair Mill Road, for a dis­tur­bance, where of­fi­cers learned that an in­di­vid­ual, later iden­ti­fied as Grasty, was eat­ing a fruit bowl and sit­ting on a bench by the en­trance of the store caus­ing a dis­tur­bance, po­lice said. When he was asked to leave by man­age­ment, he be­came bel­liger­ent and yelled ob­scen­i­ties in front of store pa­trons, po­lice said. Of­fi­cers lo­cated Grasty in the Burger King Restau­rant, where he was taken into cus­tody, po­lice said.
