Theft … Michael Fluck, of Boy­er­town, Pa., was ar­rested July 10,for bur­glary, crim­i­nal tres­pass, re­ceiv­ing stolen prop­erty, and theft by un­law­ful tak­ing or dis­po­si­tion, po­lice said.

Po­lice re­sponded to Napa Auto Care, lo­cated in the 100 block of Eas­ton Road for a se­cu­rity alarm and dis­cov­ered a garage door win­dow had been pushed in, cre­at­ing a large en­try hole. In ad­di­tion to the dam­age to the garage door, ap­prox­i­mately $150.00 in cash was stolen from the cash reg­is­ter.

Fluck, a for­mer em­ployee of Napa Auto Care, was cap­tured on sur­veil­lance video com­mit­ting the crime DnG SRVLWLYHly LGHnWL­fiHG Ey the busi­ness owner, po­lice said.

He was ar­raigned be­fore a dis­trict mag­is­trate, and re­leased on $25,000.00 un­se­cured bail, po­lice said.

Loi­ter­ing … Tyler James Ga­ha­gan of Wil­low Grove and Alexan­der J. Kochanow­icz of Jenk­in­town were charged with crim­i­nal tres­pass, loi­ter­ing and prowl­ing at night time, pos­sess­ing in­stru­ments of crime, re­ceiv­ing stolen prop­erty, and theft by un­law­ful tak­ing or dis­po­si­tion af­ter a lo­cal busi­ness­man re­ported the theft of scrap me­tal from his prop­erty some­time overnight July 10, po­lice said.

Ga­ha­gan was ar­rested July 10 as he at­tempted to sell the me­tal stolen from the Hor­sham Town­ship busi­ness, po­lice said.

Ga­ha­gan’s co-con­spir­a­tor, Kochanow­icz, was ar­rested July 16 when a -HnNLnWRwn SRlLFH RI­fiFHU served an ar­rest war­rant on him, po­lice said.

Both sus­pects were re­manded to the Mont­gomery County Cor­rec­tional Fa­cil­ity to await fur­ther court pro­ceed­ings, po­lice said.

Pub­lic drunk­en­ness … Thomas Richard Gross of Hor­sham was ar­rested July 12 for pub­lic drunk­en­ness, po­lice said.

Po­lice re­sponded to Geld­ing Lane late Fri­day night when a res­i­dent no­ticed a ve­hi­cle parked in her drive­way with its hazDUG lLJKWV flDVKLnJ. 2IfiFHUV lo­cated Gross sleep­ing in­side the ve­hi­cle and were even­tu­ally able to wake him, po­lice said. Ac­cord­ing to po­lice, he was un­able to an­swer ba­sic ques­tions or com­plete mi­nor tasks, he could not stand with­out lean­ing on his car, DnG wKHn KH VSRNH, RI­fiFHUV could smell an odor as­so­ci­ated with drink­ing al­co­holic bev­er­ages, po­lice said.

Po­lice stopped the ve­hi­cle at Red Lion and Steven roads and ob­served that Gel­ishvili had blood shot eyes, po­lice said. He ad­mit­ted to smok­ing mar­i­juana and tak­ing a ua­nax prior to driv­ing, po­lice said. War­rant … A war­rant was is­sued for the ar­rest of Amanda Carneiro, 25, of the 4200 block of Durham Road, Doylestown, out of Buck­ing­ham Bucks County. She was ar­rested July 15 at 8:51 a.m. af­ter po­lice stopped a sil­ver Volk­swa­gen Jetta at Philmont Av­enue and Red Lion Road that matched the de­scrip­tion of a ve­hi­cle linked to a wanted per­son out of Bucks County, po­lice said. Carneiro was found to be in the ve­hi­cle and was de­tained by po­lice and trans­ported to the Abing­ton Po­lice Depart­ment to await pickup by Bucks County au­thor­i­ties, po­lice said.
