DUI » Isiah D. Richard­son, 29, of Fitzwa­ter­town Road, Roslyn, was charged with driv­ing un­der the in­flu­ence, driv­ing with a sus­pended li­cense, driv­ing with­out a li­cense and a lane vi­o­la­tion fol­low­ing a traf­fic stop July 20 at Susque­hanna and Brad­field roads, po­lice said.

DUI » John F. Brigidi, 52, of Roslyn Av­enue, Glen­side, was charged with driv­ing un­der the in­flu­ence fol­low­ing a traf­fic stop July 26 in the 700 block of Roslyn Av­enue, po­lice said.

DUI » Ron­ald M. Chap­pell, 48, of Os­bourne Av­enue, Wil­low Grove, was charged with driv­ing un­der the in­flu­ence, fail­ure to re­port an ac­ci­dent, driv­ing with a sus­pended li­cense, care­less driv­ing and speed­ing fol­low­ing a crash Aug. 13 at Fitzwa­ter­town Road and Gal­loway Av­enue, po­lice said.

DUI » Paul Jach­nicki, 46, of Old York Road, Jenk­in­town, was charged with driv­ing un­der the in­flu­ence and care­less driv­ing fol­low­ing an Aug. 15 traf­fic stop at Susque­hanna and Old York roads, po­lice said.

RE­TAIL THEFT » Bran­don L. Mur­phy, 32, of North Gratz Street, Philadel­phia, was charged with re­tail theft and re­ceiv­ing stolen prop­erty Aug. 16 at Pri­mark in the Wil­low Grove Park mall, po­lice said.

RE­TAIL THEFT » Jer­rle I. Wil­chombe, 29, of Clifton Heights, Pa., was charged with re­tail theft and re­ceiv­ing stolen prop­erty Aug. 18 at Macy’s in the Wil­low Grove Park mall, po­lice said.

FORGERY » Kazeem D. Amir Boyd, 25, of North Lam­bert Street, Philadel­phia, was charged Aug. 18 with forgery, pos­ses­sion of an in­stru­ment of crime, re­ceiv­ing stolen prop­erty and theft at Macy’s in the Wil­low Grove Park mall, po­lice said. HA­RASS­MENT » Ter­rance K. Long, 48, of Point Breeze Av­enue, Philadel­phia, was charged Aug. 19 with ha­rass­ment, pub­lic drunk­en­ness and loi­ter­ing and prowl­ing at night in the 1400 block of Roth­ley Av­enue, Roslyn, po­lice said.

VE­HI­CLE EN­TERED » The front pas­sen­ger side win­dow of a ve­hi­cle parked in the 7400 block of 4th Av­enue was found bro­ken at 6:43 a.m. Sept. 10 with the glove box ri­fled through, but noth­ing ap­peared to be miss­ing, po­lice said.

WAR­RANT » Richard Fudge, 22, of the 7000 block of Louise Road, Philadel­phia, was taken into cus­tody on a Philadel­phia bench war­rant Sept. 10 af­ter he was found go­ing through cars at 8:58 a.m. at Pen­rose Av­enue and Erlen Road, po­lice said. He was turned over to Philadel­phia po­lice, po­lice said.

FRAUD » A res­i­dent re­ported Sept. 10 re­ceiv­ing a call from some­one pos­ing as a bill col­lec­tor de­mand­ing money, po­lice said.

DIS­OR­DERLY CON­DUCT » Jonathan Streeper, 37, of the 100 block of Cen­tral Av­enue, Chel­tenham, was cited for dis­or­derly con­duct fol­low­ing a phys­i­cal al­ter­ca­tion with an­other male at 5:05 p.m. Sept. 10 in the 100 bock of Cen­tral, po­lice said.

THEFT FROM VE­HI­CLE » Items were stolen from a ve­hi­cle in the 500 block of Wood­land Av­enue overnight Sept. 9, po­lice said.

THEFT FROM VE­HI­CLE » Change was taken from a ve­hi­cle found with the pas­sen­ger side win­dow bro­ken at 9:18 p.m. Sept. 10 at the Mel­rose Train Sta­tion, 880 Val­ley Road, po­lice said.

FRAUD » A res­i­dent re­ported Sept. 11 re­ceiv­ing a fraud­u­lent check from an un­known per­son for the sale of a washer/ dryer, po­lice said.

AUTO STOLEN » A blue Buick Lucerne, PA li­cense JJV0547, was re­ported stolen at 3:59 p.m. Sept. 11 from the 7600 block of Wil­liams Way, po­lice said.

THREATS » A thin, black male, early 20s, 5 feet 4 inches, with a dark com­plex­ion and no fa­cial hair, wear­ing a black hoodie pulled up over his head, dark pants and white sneak­ers, walked up to a ve­hi­cle in the 1400 block of Wil­low Av­enue at 10:09 p.m. Sept. 11, tapped on the win­dow and cursed at the vic­tim and bran­dished what ap­peared to be a black, semi-au­to­matic hand­gun, and the vic­tim drove away, po­lice said. WAR­RANT » Phillip Tilghman, 45, of the 400 block of Spruce Street, Philadel­phia, was taken into cus­tody on mul­ti­ple Mont­gomery County war­rants charg­ing him with re­tail theft af­ter of­fi­cers re­sponded to a re­port at 2:15 p.m. Sept. 12 of a sus­pi­cious per­son at Wyn­cote Tow­ers in the 8400 block of Limekiln Pike, po­lice said. He was charged by Chel­tenham po­lice with pro­vid­ing false iden­ti­fi­ca­tion to po­lice, po­lice said. WAR­RANT » Stephanie Har­ri­son, 30, of the 300 block of Pass­more Street, Philadel­phia, was taken into cus­tody on an out­stand­ing Philadel­phia war­rant when of­fi­cers in­ves­ti­gated a sus­pi­cious ve­hi­cle parked at Klein­heinz Pond, 35 Tookany Creek Park­way, at mid­night Sept. 12, po­lice said.

WAR­RANT » Ja­mal Camp, 30, of the 5900 block of Lans­downe Av­enue, Philadel­phia, was taken into cus­tody on an ac­tive war­rant out of Philadel­phia af­ter po­lice in­ves­ti­gated a sus­pi­cious ve­hi­cle parked in the 7600 block of Pen­rose Av­enue at 3:30 a.m. Sept. 13, po­lice said.

RE­TAIL THEFT » La­mont Jones, 39, of the 2400 block

of North Park Av­enue, Philadel­phia, was cited for re­tail theft af­ter tak­ing $84.32 in goods from Shop Rite, 2471 W. Chel­tenham Ave., Wyn­cote, at 8:01 a.m. Sept. 13, po­lice said. Jones also had an out­stand­ing Philadel­phia war­rant charg­ing him with re­tail theft, po­lice said. RE­TAIL THEFT » A male stole two nail guns and a De­walt gun, valued be­tween $400 and $600, from Home De­pot, 7690 Wash­ing­ton Lane, at 5:21 p.m. Sept. 13 and fled in a wait­ing pickup truck op­er­ated by male last seen north­bound on Wash­ing­ton Lane, po­lice said.

RE­TAIL THEFT » A male in this 50s to 60s stole $138 worth of goods from Fresh Gro­cer, 1000 S. Eas­ton Road, at 7:07 p.m. Sept. 13 and fled in a dark blue Volvo, but the mer­chan­dise was re­cov­ered, po­lice said. ARMEDROBBERY» Two males, both armed with hand­guns, stole $260 in cash dur­ing a rob­bery at the Rite Aid, 1401 Chel­tenham Ave., at 12:43 a.m. Sept. 14 and fled on foot to­ward Broad Street, po­lice said.

AS­SAULT » A male in his 60s ap­proached an em­ployee hang­ing dec­o­ra­tions in the front of Tar­get, 2450 Shop­pers Lane, at 7:59 a.m. Sept. 14, said there was some­thing on the em­ployee’s back and struck the vic­tim in the back three times, po­lice said. FRAUD » A res­i­dent re­ported Sept. 14 be­ing scammed out of $7,000 by a male from South Africa, po­lice said.

THEFT » A purse was taken from a ve­hi­cle found with the win­dow bro­ken out at 10:02 a.m. Sept. 15 at Wall Park, 1 Wall Park Drive, po­lice said. Credit cards in the purse were used at the Wal­mart at Cedar­brook Plaza, po­lice said. Three other ve­hi­cles parked at the park also had win­dows bro­ken out and purses stolen from in­side them, po­lice said. AC­CI­DENT » A ve­hi­cle struck the front door of Den­tal So­lu­tions, 1000 S. Eas­ton Road, at 11:22 a.m. Sept. 16, but no one was in­jured, po­lice said. AS­SAULT » War­rants have been is­sued for Alexis Smith, 21, of the 7500 block of Wal­nut Lane, Philadel­phia; and Jymir Cai­horn, 22, of the 100 block of West Hans­berry Street, Philadel­phia, charg­ing each with sim­ple as­sault, con­spir­acy and ha­rass­ment, po­lice said. Smith al­legedly called Cai­horn to Hair Town, 2401 Chel­tenham Ave., at 5:52 p.m. May 15, where an em­ployee who had fired Smith was al­legedly punched in the face by Cai­horn, po­lice said.

FRAUD » A res­i­dent re­ported Sept. 14 that fraud­u­lent charges were made to the vic­tim’s credit card, po­lice said. CHARGES PEND­ING » Charges of driv­ing un­der the in­flu­ence are pend­ing against Dar­ryl Devose, 38, of the 1500 block of Bev­erly Road, Philadel­phia, af­ter of­fi­cers found him un­re­spon­sive be­hind the wheel of his ve­hi­cle, which was stopped at 6 a.m. Sept. 16 at Wash­ing­ton Lane and Green­wood Av­enue, po­lice said. Devose was trans­ported to Abing­ton Hos­pi­tal for a blood test, and charges are pend­ing the re­sults, po­lice said.
