Dis­or­derly con­duct … On Aug. 26 at 4:35 p.m. po­lice stopped An­thony Repici, 21, of the 100 block of Rock­well Road, Abing­ton, for a red light vi­o­la­tion and ex­pired in­spec­tion stick­ers, po­lice said.

Po­lice re­quested a search of the ve­hi­cle due an in­ci­dent Repici had with an­other driver at the Philmont Train Sta­tion, po­lice said. Upon search­ing the ve­hi­cle, po­lice found a black metal cylin­der com­monly used to grind marijuana, po­lice said, which had strong odor of marijuana com­ing from it. Po­lice also dis­cov­ered fresh cigar shav­ings in the door pocket, po­lice said.

Repici was charged with dis­or­derly con­duct and op­er­a­tion of ve­hi­cle with­out cer­ti­fi­ca­tion of in­spec­tion, po­lice said.

DUI … On Aug. 25 at 11:43 p.m. po­lice ob­served a white GMC Yukon stopped in the right south­bound travel lane of Hunt­ing­don Pike with the rear hatch door open and the haz­ard lights on. A fe­male, iden­ti­fied as Maureen McCloskey, 45, of the 1100 block of Ta­bor Lane, Phila- del­phia, was stand­ing near the pas­sen­ger door, po­lice said.

When po­lice asked her what hap­pened, she stated she struck the curb, which re­sulted in two flat pas­sen­ger tires, po­lice said. While speak­ing with her, po­lice de­tected a slight odor of al­co­holic bev­er­age on her breath and her pupils were di­lated, po­lice said.

Po­lice ad­min­is­tered field so­bri­ety tests, which she failed, and a PBT re­vealed a 0.178 per­cent BAC, po­lice said. She was trans­ported to Holy Redeemer Hospi­tal for blood tests, which DUI charges are pend­ing lab re­sults, po­lice said.

DUI … On Aug. 27 at 11:50 p.m. po­lice in­ves­ti­gated a green Honda Ac­cord stopped in the south­bound shoul­der of the 2700 block of Philmont Av­enue. Ac­cord­ing to po­lice, the ve­hi­cle was run­ning and was oc­cu­pied by two young white males.

When speak­ing to the driver, Hamed Ab­del­hamid, 19, of the 9800 block of Mon­tour Street, Philadel­phia, po­lice ob­served him to be ner­vous. When asked to exit the ve­hi­cle, he was un­steady on his feet and was sway­ing, po­lice said.

Po­lice ad­min­is­tered field so­bri­ety tests, which he failed. Po­lice did not de­tect any al­co­holic bev­er­age on him, but due to his be­hav­ior and failed tests, po­lice be­lieved him to be on a con­trolled sub­stance, po­lice said.

He was trans­ported to Holy Redeemer Hospi­tal for blood tests, which DUI charges are pend­ing lab re­sults, po­lice said.

Fraud … On Aug. 27 at 2:57 p.m. a res­i­dent of the 1000 block of Barn­swal­low Lane re­ported some­one opened a PayPal ac­count us­ing her in­for­ma­tion. She dis­cov­ered the ac­count when a pack­age was sent to her home from PC Mall.
