Au­thor­i­ties ob­served Barna in the ve­hi­cle crouched over the driver’s seat, po­lice said. Po­lice ap­proached the ve­hi­cle and ob­served that Barna was shirt­less and ap­peared ner­vous, po­lice VDLG. 3ROLFH FRn­fiVFDWHG D SLSH that had sus­pected marijuana inside of it from the ve­hi­cle, po­lice said. Tests showed that the pipe con­tained ro-144 and uio-11, which are syn­thetic cannabi­noids, po­lice said.

Theft … Shakeya ja­jor, 27, of Hartville Street, Philadel­phia, was charged with theft by un­law­ful tak­ing or dis­po­si­tion and re­ceiv­ing stolen prop­erty af­ter she stole thou­sands of dol­lars worth of jew­elry from a vic­tim’s home on the 2800 block of Car­na­tion Av­enue in til­low drove Feb. 15 and Feb. 25, po­lice said.

The ve­hi­cle was stopped at the in­ter­sec­tion of Old vork ooad and ood­man Av­enue and po­lice de­tected the odor of al­co­hol com­ing from his per­son, po­lice said. Tests showed his BAC was 0.31 per­cent and that he had marijuana in his sys­tem, po­lice said.

Harass­ment … dlo­ria oinker, 62, of Date Street, tarmin­ster, was cited for harass­ment Sept. 14 at 7:52 a.m. af­ter she con­tin­ued to send let­ters and emails to her for­mer em­ployer and co-work­ers in the 1100 block of Old vork ooad, po­lice said. oinker was told not to have contact with them, po­lice said.

Re­tail theft … Car­los Portez, 20, of Arnold Av­enue, til­low drove, was charged with re­tail theft Sept. 25 af­ter a hmart se­cu­rity guard ob­served him se­lect and con­ceal A55 worth of mer­chan­dise and leave the store with­out pay­ing at the hmart at the til­low drove Park mall at 8:26 p.m., po­lice said.

Dis­or­derly con­duct … Thomas Bauer, 24, of Cen­tral Av­enue, korth Hills, was charged with dis­or­derly con­duct Sept. 28 af­ter po­lice stopped a ve­hi­cle at the in­ter­sec­tion of bas­ton ooad and Brook­dale Av­enue at 12:23 a.m., po­lice said. Pub­lic drunk­en­ness … je­gan tar­nick, 32, of dreen­wood Av­enue, tyn­cote, was charged with pub­lic drunk­en­ness and harass­ment Sept. 28 af­ter a SbPTA em­ployee ob­served her to be in­tox­i­cated on a train at the koble sta­tion lo­cated on the 700 block of ood­man Av­enue in genk­in­town at 9:26 a.m., po­lice said. tar­nick re­fused to sit in the pas­sen­ger sec­tion of the train and took pic­tures of the SbPTA em­ployee with her iPad, po­lice said.

Po­lice found Saun­ders and fllig to be ex­tremely in­tox­i­cated and they were both trans­ported to Abing­ton je­mo­rial Hospi­tal, po­lice said.
