Think­ing be­hind the makeover of the Sani­bel Com­mu­nity House was to re­tain its his­toric char­ac­ter but to mod­ern­ize and add space. That duty fell to Amy Nowacki, the Sani­bel ar­chi­tect de­sign­ing the com­ple­tion. Bench­mark Gen­eral Con­trac­tors su­per­vised the $3 mil­lion pro­ject.
