OUR DREAM? The best equestrian communities

In 1881 Bruno Gernt purchased the land comprising Allardt Land Company when he first settled in Tennessee. He founded the town of Allardt, and today his descendants own Allardt Land Company and strive to protect the heritage and natural setting of the land.

Our dream is to create and maintain America’s best equestrian communities. East Fork Stables is the epicenter of action for trail riders. ousands of horse lovers bring their friends, families, and horses to ride over 100 miles of spectacular trails each year. East Fork offers camping, cabin rentals, meals, and of course, stables for proper horse care. is preserves Bruno’s love of the land by keeping it natural and still accessible for others to enjoy.

We developed White Oak, which is within the Big South Fork boundaries. An equestrian community with stables and horse care facilities, White Oak trails join Big South Fork trails providing endless riding options. The concept has proven extremely popular in uniting horse lovers in the White Oak community.

Bruno would be pleased that his legacy lives on as the most “western” area east of the Mississippi! Join our dream.

With lots starting at the amazing low price of $25K, White Oak is a great and safe investment – 75% of the development is already sold out!
