Boreal Mountain California is installing a brand new chairlift for the 2018/19 season! The California Cruiser will open in early December and will introduce another new terrain park geared toward beginners and groms for progression into the bigger parks.

Nestled at the top of Donner Summit lays a land where snowboarding was pioneered. It has been the stomping grounds for legends like Chris Roach to a new school playground for riders like Danny Davis. With the 33,000 square foot Woodward Tahoe Bunker positioned right at the base of Boreal, riders can use Burton Parkboards to learn new tricks all year long. Boreal is “The People’s Mountain” of Lake Tahoe, teaching families to shred while continuing to be a proving ground for the biggest and best pros. A trip to Boreal Mountain California will be an experience you’ll remember. #BorealMagic

Boreal is a park rider’s dream! With seven different parks on the mountain, Woodward Tahoe has designed terrain parks to take you from your first box to getting ready for the streets.
