Loveland is installing its first high-speed lift for the 2018/19 season. Lift 1, a fixed-grip triple, is being replaced with a new high-speed quad from LeitnerPoma. Chet’s Dream, named after longtime owner and operator Chester R. (Chet) Upham, Jr., will cut the ride time from the base area down from eight minutes to just under three minutes.

Just 53 miles west of Denver, Loveland has been a local favorite for more than 80 years. With an average snowfall of 422 inches each season, affordable ticket and pass options, uncrowded slopes, free snowcat shredding along the Continental Divide, and a laid-back local vibe that’s hard to find in Colorado, it’s no surprise why you see so many “I Heart Loveland” bumper stickers along the state’s Front Range. Ditch the crowds and the mega resorts for just a day in the high alpine, and find out why there’s more to love at Loveland.

Loveland has upped its game in the park the last few years through a partnership with Never Summer. New features, more events, and a skilled, dedicated staff keep the park fun and fresh every day of the season.
