Sadie Jo Oster­hout was re­united with her beloved fa­ther on Nov. 3, 2018. Sadie was born on Nov. 28, 1972 to Jonatha Harper and Charles “Ed­die” Wolver­ton in Palm Springs, Cal­i­for­nia. Her fam­ily moved to Kennewick in 1984, at the age of 12. She at­tended High­lands and Kami­akin High School.

On Jan. 8, 1991 she gave birth to daugh­ter, Kylee, and the bond be­tween them was for­ever sealed.

Sadie worked as a dec­o­ra­tive painter for 10 years and af­ter she mar­ried, she be­came a home­maker. Rais­ing three daugh­ters be­came


Sadie’s “life’s work” and her great­est ac­com­plish­ment. She loved her girls dearly.

On July 16th, 2000, Sadie mar­ried the love of her life, Jody Lee Oster­hout. The love they shared was one of Sadie’s most cher­ished gifts. Sadie al­ways lit up a room with her nat­u­ral beauty and her in­fec­tious smile. She loved spend­ing time with her fam­ily and friends boat­ing, camp­ing, tak­ing care of her an­i­mals, and al­ways sup­port­ing the Sea­hawks. Sadie had a pro­found love for God and her kind­ness to oth­ers was well known among her friends. Sadie had nu­mer­ous friends who will miss her greatly.

Sadie is sur­vived by her lov­ing hus­band, Jody Lee Oster­hout; her daugh­ter, Kylee Hexum Mad­dox and son in law, Ty; her daugh­ters, Jor­dan Oster­hout and Do­minique Sam­brano; her fa­ther and mother in law, Clyde and Glo­ria Oster­hout; sis­ter, Haili Daw­son; brother Jerome Tup­per (Miriam); grand­chil­dren Ad­dyson Hol­len­baugh and Kruz Mad­dox; mother, Jonatha Harper and step fa­ther Arlen Harper; neph­ews, Blaze Lar­son and Lan­don Daw­son; sis­ter, Sab­rina Ro­driquez; brother, Joe Pence, and sev­eral ex­tended fam­ily mem­bers.

She is pre­ceded in death by her fa­ther Charles “Ed­die” Wolver­ton.

A spe­cial view­ing will be held Fri­day, Nov. 16th from 5-8 pm. Fu­neral ser­vices will be on Satur­day, Nov. 17th at 12 pm with a re­cep­tion to fol­low. All events will be held at Mueller’s Tri-Cities Fu­neral Home at 1401 S. Union St. in Kennewick, the fu­neral home in charge of ar­range­ments.
