Wanda Lou (Warder) Perkins, born April 27, 1930, in Kansas, Ok­la­homa, died Septem­ber 15, 2017, in Bartlesville, at the age of 87.

The daugh­ter of Earl and Mer­rill (Brickey) Warder, Wanda grad­u­ated from

Lo­cust Grove High School in 1947. She mar­ried Stan­ley Wal­ter Perkins on Jan­uary 11, 1952. She worked for South­west­ern Bell and then AT&T, re­tir­ing after many years.

Wanda is sur­vived by a son, Steve Perkins, and daugh­ter-in-law, Jackie Perkins; grand­chil­dren, Paige and He­ston Perkins, Josh DeG­root, Robert Ross, and Rachel (Zach) Ham­mock; sis­ters, He­len (Paul) Bynum, Ear­line Day, and Kathryn Mauldin; brother, Earl (Su­san) Warder; and a spe­cial cou­ple, Kristy and Keith Ross. She was pre­ceded in death by her par­ents; hus­band, Stan­ley; and daugh­ter, Rhonda Perkins.

In lieu of flow­ers, the fam­ily sug­gests that dona­tions be made to The Jour­ney Home, 3406 S.E. Ken­tucky Ave, Bartlesville, OK 74006.

Vis­i­ta­tion will be 6 PM un­til 8 PM, Mon­day, Septem­ber 18, and a Funeral Ser­vice will be Tues­day, Septem­ber 19, at 2 PM, both at Moore's South­lawn Chapel, 9350 E 51st Street, in Tulsa. In­ter­ment will fol­low at Me­mo­rial Park Ceme­tery.
